Please be aware that Clear Hills County does NOT charge fees for Development Permits.
If you receive any email asking for payment or personal information related to Development Permits — or any other County services — and you are unsure about its legitimacy, please contact Clear Hills County directly before responding.
To verify an authentic Clear Hills County email, check that the sender’s address ends with:
(name or department)@clearhillscounty.ab.ca
