Before you Burn it, get your permit! Call (780) 624-6190

For Forest Fires please call 310-FIRE (3473)

 

Burning in Non-Permit Areas: 

The County is requesting the assistance of anyone planning a controlled burn in areas that DO NOT require fire permits. 

Please notify the County office if you are planning to burn. 

This information will be forwarded to the Fire Chief to assist him in determining the level of response

 required when a fire callout is received.

Each fire trailer contains:
1 fire axe 1 fire shovel
2 x 50ft lengths of hose 2" x 3" camlock adaptor
1 gated Y with seals 2 gallon fuel tank
1 Honda 2" pump & motor canvas bucket
9 x 100ft lengths of hose 2 - 11/2 inch nozzles
check valve 2 extra hose seals
2 hose wrenches 2 wajax Spray Bags
1 tool bag 4 liters antifreeze
2 x 10ft lengths of hard   suction hose  1 pipe wrench                
1 crescent wrench  

In addition to the fire trailers, Volunteer Fire Departments are
located in Worsley, Hines Creek, Fairview, and Brownvale.
